Cancellation Policy
Each client will get a one-time pass if appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance. Once one-time pass is used, a 30% fee will be charged. Whether a card is on file or not. If a card is not on file, a “remaining balance” will be applied and another appointment will not be accepted until paid.
